  • Review of nutrition support provided.

  • Training protocol review provided via Google sheets.

In-person component:

  • In person coaching and movement assessments done on pitch.

  • Outdoor fitness prescription provided in Melbourne’s West.

  • Motivation and support during exercise protocol.

  • On-pitch strength exercise prescription + running program.

  • Community based exercise and motivational component.

    Additional:

  • Rehabilitation prescription provided by AHPRA registered Osteopath.
