CORE ESSENTIALS FAQ

  • That’s great if you are! Although we would expect that you would get great results with our program. If you feel the need to add additional exercises that your are getting benefits from add them into ours!

  • This program is designed to improve the function of your core and provide a strength stimulus to your core. It is likely that you are going to get a good result if you are currently suffering from lower backspin. However if you are getting pain with any exercises, feel free to book in a consultation with Dr Aaron to modify any exercises that my be causing your grief.

  • Of course, this program is designed to supplement any other training that you are currently doing.

  • No you do not require any equipment to perform the exercises in the program.

    However, in the second phase of the program a small ball or weight plate may be used with some exercises.
